ABOUT

Committed to Excellence

I have been a hard-working mediator and trainer since 1992.  I ran two of Loyola Law School's mediation programs; first, the Disability Mediation Center (Joint Project with the Western Law Center for Disability Rights)  and then, the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution, for over 25 years, and mediated or conciliated thousands of cases. While running those programs, from 1994 to 2020, I worked with the law school, the community, the courts, cities, LA county and non-profit organizations providing mediation, mediation training, consultation, program design, communication skills training, and internal mediation (Ombud's type) services. The program was often recognized for excellence and service.  For specific details please request a complete CV at mcmculbert@gmail.com

I also served as a clinical professor for over 20 years training law students, adults who were looking to become mediators, and individuals who either worked in, or were served by community organizations.

I spent many years volunteering with the State Bar of California in a variety of roles,

involving mediation and mediation ethics.

I am now offering those services on a private basis to individuals and organizations, who need help resolving both interpersonal and organizational conflict.
Internal strife and conflict can get challenging, and I’m here to help.
